Recommended cleaning process for ESD garments
The Carbon suffused monofilament nylon used in our garments is sensitive to heat ,alkali,acids,softeners and bleach ,In order to keep the ESD properties of the garments ,please follow our recommended instructions ;
1.Wash in luckwarm water ,no more than 40 °c(104°F) with liquid laundry detertent i.e.liquid Tide ,
2.Liquid lemon Dash,LIQUID CHEER ,Qxydol etc ,Do not use laundry detergents which contain added fabric softenners or bleach.
3.In case of severe soil or grease ,stronger liquid detergents can be used if they do not contatin any chlorine bleach .
4. Do not bleach ;do not use alkali ,acid or fabric softeners, do not dry clean.Hang dry or dry at 50 °c(120°F) or less.
5. Usually ironing will be needed ,as a special additive is used during the finishing the finishing process of our woven fabric, nevertheless ,the garments can be ironed at medium temperature .
