Garment Features: 
1. Provide adequate protection against wind, rain and cold, flame and static resistant, ARC protection of CAT3. 
2. Provid protection against some kind of chemical liquids. 
3. Water resistant fabric with Polar fleece on the back side, soft and comfortable. 
4. Front zipper with flap keeps wind and rain away from the body. 
5. Three pockets with waterproof zippers; two pen pockets on left sleeve. 
6. Double cuff adjusted by velcro to keep warm. 
7. Adjustable bottom. 
8. Zebra-stripe reflective tape, high visibility and flexibility.
